Educational nature of services

Programmes are educational. They do not constitute investment advice, brokerage services, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Past examples used in teaching are illustrative. Trading involves risk of loss. You remain responsible for your own decisions and accounts.

Bookings and fees

Fees published on this site are informational. A binding booking arises when we confirm dates and you accept the invoice terms. Deposits and balances are due as stated on the invoice. See our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, checklists, recordings, and site content remain the property of Host Vertex Point. You receive a personal licence to use materials for your own learning. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of recordings is not permitted without written consent.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit abusive content, or use our materials to misrepresent affiliation with Host Vertex Point.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, Host Vertex Point is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or participation in training.
