Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, message content, programme interest)
  • Booking and invoice records for paid programmes
  • Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Correspondence related to mentoring preparation (for example chart notes you choose to send)

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiry and booking data to respond to you and to perform contracts for training programmes (contract / steps prior to contract). We keep limited records for accounting and legal compliance (legal obligation). Where we use optional analytics cookies, we rely on consent. You may withdraw consent via cookie settings described on our cookies page.

Retention

Enquiry emails that do not become bookings are typically retained for up to 18 months. Booking, invoice, and tax records are retained for six years unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s configuration, reviewed annually.

Sharing

We use service providers for email, scheduling, and—if you accept analytics—measurement. Providers process data under instructions and appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that occurs we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses as applicable.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Children

Our programmes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
