About

Training for traders who respect the distance between stop and target

Host Vertex Point grew from classroom sessions in Kent where participants kept asking the same question after every chart review: “The pattern looks fine—why does the risk still feel wrong?” The answer was almost always missing measurement, not missing indicators.

Origin

From informal chart nights to structured programmes

Early gatherings were evening chart nights around printed sheets and a whiteboard. Traders brought setups; the room scored each idea on invalidation clarity and reward distance before anyone discussed entries. Those nights became the Risk-to-Reward Planning Intensive and the timed Practice Lab format used today.

We remain a small United Kingdom practice. Delivery mixes live video with optional visits to our Knockholt Pound address. Cohorts stay intentionally small so every participant’s homework receives a written mark, not a generic score.

Working approach

Principles we will not dilute

Plan before size

Entry zone, invalidation, and first target are written before quantity is chosen. Size follows account risk, not appetite.

Practice under constraint

Labs freeze rules and use timers so management decisions cannot hide behind endless redrawing of levels.

Education, not brokerage

We do not place orders, sell signals, or promise returns. The craft is planning and management skill for your own chart work.

People and place

Sessions are led by practitioners who trade their own books and teach part-time. The office at 9 Witney Way Knockholt Pound TN14 4TH United Kingdom hosts weekend workshops and mentoring by appointment. Most intensives run on live video with UK daytime and early evening slots.
