Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

This policy applies to Host Vertex Point training programmes. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on programme type, notice period, and whether sessions or materials have already been delivered. Fees described on the site are informational until an invoice is accepted.

Timeframes

  • Risk-to-Reward Planning Intensive: Full refund of deposit if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before session one. Between 13 and 7 days, 50% of the programme fee is refundable. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the cohort.
  • Trade Management Practice Lab (single): Full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before the lab start. Inside 72 hours, the fee may be credited to a later lab within three months rather than refunded in cash.
  • Lab memberships: Unused labs remaining after written cancellation are refunded pro rata minus sessions already attended and any materials fee stated on the invoice.
  • One-to-one mentoring: Free reschedule with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours or no-shows are charged in full.
  • Weekend Structure Workshop: Full refund up to 10 days before the workshop. Inside 10 days, a 40% administration retention applies unless we fill your seat from the waiting list.

Full versus partial refunds

Full refunds return fees paid for the affected programme when the conditions above are met and no session has been delivered. Partial refunds apply when some sessions have run, when late-cancellation retentions apply, or when memberships are cancelled mid-block.

Non-refundable items

  • Printed workbooks and template packs once shipped or handed out at a workshop
  • Completed mentoring hours and completed lab sessions
  • Recording access already granted for intensives after session one

Work already started

If an intensive has begun, refunds cover only undelivered sessions on a pro rata basis at our discretion when cancellation is for documented medical or similar reasons. Homework reviews already marked are treated as delivered work.

Deposits

Deposits secure cohort seats. They are applied to the programme balance and are refundable only within the timeframes above.

No-shows

Failure to attend a confirmed lab, workshop, or mentoring appointment without notice is treated as a completed booking for fee purposes. Where recordings exist for intensives, access remains according to the original programme terms.

Rescheduling

We will offer one complimentary reschedule for intensives if we must change dates. Client-requested intensive date changes depend on seat availability in a later cohort.

Refund process and timing

Email info@hostvertexpoint.digital with your booking name, programme, and reason. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method (typically UK bank transfer) within 14 business days of approval.

Exceptions

If we cancel a programme, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected where they apply.
